And I also wonder how much rope the Judges plan to let Wallace hang
himself into before dismissing him with contempt.

I mean... price fixing? Let me see:
   Ubunto: zero EUR (+ network traffic costs)
   RHEL: over 1500 EUR for subscription

Just to count two immediate possibilities. There are hundreds more.
