Doncha geddit? (I know you do...:) Said artist is required to recreate his creation over and over, in tours and performances, because it's sound waves. Dumb chump - he should have painted or sculpted actual physical objects, but noooooo - he just *had* to make something as ephemeral as sound waves to be his art.
