In every case they file, the defendants have been illegally distributing GPLed software. After each of these cases has ended, the defendants (or a suitable proxy, in the Verizon/ Actiontec case) are carrying out their obligations under the GPL. The complaints are repetitive and cookie-cutter because the violations are repetitive and cookie-cutter. > The suits are filed merely to intimidate and harass defendants. These suits are filed to stop defendants from illegally distributing copyrighted software. _______________________________________________ gnu-misc-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnu-misc-discuss
