Guns don't kill people.  People don't kill people.  Bullets do.  But
somehow the courts appear mostly concerned with guns and people, and not
all that much with the bullets and other technical details behind a
shot.

While being in contradiction with Alexander places one on the sane side
of an argument usually, there are no guarantees.
