      With the momentum of Smart Phones from Blackberry to iPhone to the
      up and coming Android and the ever-present Nokia, there are a huge
      number of choices developers have to make when designing apps. In
      the same way there are choices businesses must make on platforms.
      And yet, the Web browser has made a lot of this decision-making
      easier on the desktop. What's the state of the Mobile Web, and the
      technical and business challenges of developing for mobile web and
      mobile apps?
