In every one of the SFLC's cases the defendants won when the

In every one of the cases, the plaintiffs demanded that the
defendants comply with the GPL. In every case, the defendants
or their agents did so. When one side gets what it wants, that
is called "winning", except apparently in what passes for logic
in people blinded by their dislike of the GPL.
