Of course not. Acceptance of the GPL is voluntary, so there can be no demands for source code. The SFLC sues for copyright violation. Acceptance and performance under the GPL is something for the defense to assert.

The SFLC pleaded the GPL license so it's their burden to show
the defendant didn't accept or perform. You can't make up
your own pleading rules as you go along Hyman, like you do with
your imaginary demands. Take your meds Hyman. Go to doctor.
