Why do you believe that permission to copy verbatim
gives you the right to show chars in hex and rot13?

<quote source=Hyman Rosen>

Since it grants blanket permission to make and distribute
verbatim copies, such copies may be made in any medium.

Both hex and rot13 medias are covered, silly. Do you really want me to
quote the GPL in 0010101... binary form? Let's save the bandwidth,
Hyman!!!

I guess it's more non-native-English-speaking or mental deficiency.
A verbatim copy contains exactly the words of the original. A copy
in which letters have been replaced by other letters, or by codes,
is not a verbatim copy. A copy in which the exact words have been
printed on a T-shirt or painted on a wall is a verbatim copy.

Stop being an idiot.
