Hello Petter.

You could use Csound. It allows to write frequency in three different
ways:

    name                               abbreviation 
     octave point pitch-class (8ve.pc)  pch
     octave point decimal               oct 
     cycles per second                  cps
[from the Csound manual]
so you can easily use microtonal divisions.
