Yes, that's expected behaviour, as far as i'm concerned.  
Disclaimer: i'm no guru at chords.

Hmm, i'd say c-2/d should do it, i.e.: <d c e g>.  However, i found
some bugs while testing.  You should have another try when 26.jcn4 
gets included (hopefully pl27).

Why would '2' imply '4'?
