Time to grab the latest bugfix release: .31 fixes some stupid bugs
with extenders, automatic barlines and dynamics.

- hara kiri doesn't do suicide with normal rests.

- extender engraver rewrite, now __ is like ~ [] |, ie. in between
notes/lyrics.
- lyric engraver now engraves only single voices. Use
separate LyricVoices to get stacked lyrics.
- bf: bar(Non)Auto first barline
- \property barAuto -> barNonAuto
