[Han-Wen Nienhuys]

I put together a 1.0.1 which a lot of compilation fixes.  I hope this
one will work better than 1.0.0.  Could you people try it out?



pl 1
        - mi2mu fix: \key "D"
        - \hoffset
        - started new NEWS file 
        - lots of stepmake hacking
        - aclocal.m4 copied from stepmake
        - ly2dvi 0.12
        - build the doco from the source tree.
        - include website in RPM
