Hello,

I put LilyPond 1.0.3 up.  It features some small bugfixes and some
large hackings at the Makefile core.

       - rm'd WWW.make
       - stepmake .43
       - pcnov095.win.tue.nl -> ftp.cs.uu.nl

      - mi2mu naming of track output
      - bf: do key restore sign only once
      - ly2dvi32 preliminary version (JBR)
