- stepmake/stepmake/Executable_targets: UNIX cross-compile doesn't
work with $(DOTEXE) on source of install command.
- stepmake/Generic_targets: creating multiple dirs with mkdir
requires -p option
- scripts/ly2dvi32.py: General and Winnt specific fixes
