Here are some proposed extensions in German language for the
multi-lingual glossar of lilypond documentation.

Please note, that - for some reason - in lilypond's HTML documentation
German "Umlaute" appear in TeX notation in the glossar - which looks
a little bit awful :-) Nevertheless, I use TeX notation below, too.
