Font files

This is another question regarding fonts for the Jasmine the Frog.  I have 
sorted out all the normal musical fonts found in the fetaxx.mf files.  What I am 
asking is which metafont files contain which fonts and how do I create the gf/pk 
fonts for these as I have tried to run metafont on them with no success at all.
