Comparing the two home pages of Han-Wen and Jan, I could tell that
something happened to the handling of barlines in conjunction with
cadenza 0; between 1.1.3.uu1 and 1.1.3.jcn5.

Check the last bar of gallina. Previously, I could get rid of the
ordinary barline by setting cadenza 0; but from 1.1.3.jcn5 on, 
it's drawn anyhow.

I tried to look at the diff file and the only thing I could imagine 
changing this is the change in Barcheck_req::do_equal_b() but I 
can't understand why.
