Oops. This has changed somewhat recently.
LilyPond looks up scheme code to call in init/table*. The scheme code
(see init/lily.scm) makes a TeX macro that is defined somewhere in
tex/*. TeX will expand the macro, and that causes specific fonts to
be used. Try to fiddle with fontsizes in tex/fetdefs

Probably; only 16 and 20 really work, the rest is TODO.
