Is there any particular reason why the HaraKiri mechanism doesn't
collapse an empty RhythmicStaff for me? Isn't the RhythmicStaff just
like a normal Staff, except that it has a "Pitch_squash_engraver"
included?

P.S. Where does the term "HaraKiri" come from? It isn't listed in my
music dictionaries, and I haven't ever heard the term anywhere else.
