Hi guys,
If you have had trouble with .48 (core dumps, weird spacing), please
upgrade to .49. I fixed some bugs in the spacing engine. Moreover it
includes even nicer spacing for single staff, single voice music.

* bf: don't divide strength by distance if distance == 0.0
