The Grace context sets the property Grace.stemStyle="grace", which
gives the slashed version of the quaver flag. If you want ordinary
flags on the grace notes, set the property Grace.stemStyle="".
(I hope that's what you asked, I'm not fully aware of the meaning
of those italian terms.)
