As of July 10 00:26 MST this is just a warning in the postinstallation
code. The installation _should_ complete successfully. The
ly2dvi.bat, convert-mudela, etc files are created with just python
instead of <drive>:\<pythonpath>\python.exe. If you have python in
your path the installation ought to work.
