- only stretch the extra space after prefatory matter, not the
entire width of prefatory matter.
- standardise(d) switches:-d for debug, -M for Make deps, -m for midi-only.
- bf: non_musical_space_strength now works. Set to 8 (-> Strong! )
- bf: space after time_sig.
- bf: decrescendi.
- bf: barlines on voltas
