Just wanted to tell that you can now find a score with
the orchestra Ouverture "Imellem Fjeldene" by Niels W. Gade
published at the GMD score archive maintained by Werner Icking
(http://www.gmd.de/Misc/Music/scores/Welcome.html).
According to Werner this was the first contribution
made with Lilypond, I hope it's not the last one.
The score has already been available in the mutopia
directory of the Lilypond distribution for some time.

As a comment for the Mutopia web-site, I could tell that
even though Lilypond did a great job of typesetting, I still
had to do some manual tweaking of the individual TeX files
for the separate parts, such as inserting page breaks and
adjusting the interline distance to get a useful page layout.
You shouldn't expect to be able to process the Mutopia
contributions automatically and get perfect output.
So far, it's probably best to let each contributor also
prepare the postscript files to get the best result.

Also, on the discussion of copyright formulations, my
agreement with the library that holds the manuscript
was that they were mentioned in the copyright statement.
The best we could have at the mutopia site is a few
templates for copyright statements that each contributor
could use as input for his own formulation.
(I haven't thought too much about the formulation I used
in the Gade score.)
