It appeared in every version I tried since I first noticed
it in a version around 1.1.50. (where I noticed for the first time
that ties caused notes not to be played twice).
I'm using playmidi 2.3 by Nathan I. Laredo on linux 2.2.10,
maybe I should use something different? (I searched quite some
time to find a midi player that doesn't need X).
I'm attaching the midi file as produced by lily 1.2.0.
Cheers,
Dirk.
