page (btw, I'm learning TeX by example from the Lilypond sources):

At the top of the page, the second minipage is at the right of the
page. At the bottom of the page, it seems to end halfway across. Is there
any particular reason why this should be so? Yes, I know mudela-book is under
redevelopment, but I was wondering if there is any simple fix for sinmple me
:p.
