        - Placed USER_LDFLAGS at the end of the LD command

I see we have chosen texinfo over yodl.  Where do you want 
ly2dvi.texi, Documentations/ly2dvi.texi?  

I also noticed help2man.pl.  Are we going to add perl as a required 
development tool?
