A little reluctantly I decided to call .15 just .15 and not 1.3.0; it
has an architectural change, but .14 has some major bugs. Besides, it
seems to work well on my machine here.
New features:
* working \nobreak and \break
* \bar only has to be specified once for all staves.
I also tried to make MIDI files with \repeats to have fully unfolded
repeats, but that doesn't work yet.
