When typesetting a score I can't get sufficient space between the staffs
(or is it "staves" ?), especially when the staffs just consists of rests
for the whole accolade (full score-system).
It sort of gets crammed together.
I know there's a \property called Staff.minVerticalAlign, but lily
(1.2.17) just complaints if I set it at score level, and if set at staff
level, then it is ignored (I set this very large but lily didn't
complain).
Also, I'd like to know how to use Staff_margin_engraver. (That is, why
Staff.instrument doesn't show up left of the staff when I've done
\paper{\translator{\OrchestralScoreContext \constists
Staff_margin_engraver}}).
