* Rewrite of Slur code. Be much more picky about slur shapes. We try
to offset the slur instead of bending it too much
* Look at stem directions for tie direction.
* Compound multimeasure rests. Put measures_i_ variable in an element
property. Made the symbol a lot wider.
* Time signature small cleanups.
