No, that would create only one slur, and you must have two. This might
do the trick, however,

   \time 3/4; \repeat volta 2 { a b  c (} \alternative {{)c d c (}
    { \break )c d e}}

\break forces a linebreak during the 2nd slur (which runs from
alternative 1 to 2).   But you do get a slur on the first alternative.
