1. \property Voice.dynamicDirection = \up is not obeyed.
2. Lily fails with a segmentation fault when I try to process
AnSylvia.ly

I first get messages like
warning: unbound spanner `Dynamic_line_spanner'
and
programming error: No parent! (Continuing; cross thumbs)
programming error: No parent! (Continuing; cross thumbs)
then
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
Until I get around to building a lilypond with debugging symbols, the
backtrace seems pretty useless.
