Thats great - thanks. Does anyone have any objections to people using
a license like this on music submitted to the mutopia archive that
they've composed / arranged / edited themselves?

If not then I'll add a bit about this to the "Legal" section of the
website as well as a notice saying that people mustn't submit their own
music to Mutopia if they're a member of a society that deals with
collecting their royalties.
