I have to say that I hit the same stumbling block that James/Shamus has
encountered :
Unbound variable: make-regexp
I have extensively compared (diff -ru) the ice sources and lily scm sources and I
can't find any reason for this behaviour (of course I knew nothing about scheme
or guile until you lads told me about it).
The 'make-regexp' seems to be happilly used in lily 1.2.0.
I tried to eliminate the 'no-backtrace' in the 1.3.39 definitions to try and see
would it give me the sequence of calls to know which is faulting us, but to no
avail.
Could someone tell me how to set traces in scheme so I know where it stops when
there is a problem - and possibly the whole call stack. At least I'll be able to
file a decent trouble report.
Regards,
Alain.
