Yep. But we're using guile, and that has posix (file etc) interfaces.
Currently, the only usable way of compiling guile, is to include these,
which means needing cygwin.dll. Maybe some of these can just be
configure'd away. I may try that. However, I still feel that dropping
cygwin.dll is a non-issue, once we're in sync with the new cygnus release.
