New syntax for chord tremolos
We have also decided to remove support for .fly and .sly files. It
turns out to be more hassle than it's worth, and nobody seems to be
using them anyway. Any objections?

* star-spangled-banner.ly: add Bar_engraver to LyricsVoice
* Changed all .fly and .sly files to .ly files. Propose to dump .fly
and .sly.
