Blank notepaper is always nice to have, but it definitely should *not*
have barlines in the end of each staff. I would often use it for multi
staff systems and therefore prefere no indentation of the first staff. I
also prefere no page number in the bottom and no lilypond fingerprint:-)
You might consider offering a suite of notepapers having different
distances between the staves and as many staves as to fill the paper
vertically at least until end of letter format bottom minus a suitable
margen.
