Read 1.3.50 as Major version 1, Minor version 3 (a development version since
it's an odd number), Patch level 50 (fifty). Thus 1.3.50 is later than 1.3.9
(patch level 50 vs patch level 9).
Version 1.3.46.jcn1 is Jan's first revision to patch level 46. Generally any
changes between 1.3.46 and 1.3.46.jcn1 would be incorporated into 1.3.47.
