Hi,
Is it possible to have different time signatures on each staff in a
score? I'm trying to typeset a piece for solo voice with continuo and
SATB accompaniment. The solo and continuo parts are in 12/8 since
they're doing most of the work. The choral parts are written in 4/4,
as they're much simpler; in addition, there's some nice 2-against-3
going on.
I can (and have) reworked the choral parts into 12/8, although it
makes the score look more complicated than it really is.
Currently using 1.3.47 on Solaris. What a marvelous application!
