I did that many years ago, when it cost $15.00/page. (I wasn't
paying for it myself, the University was.) Now it
costs several hundred/page for rare stuff. If I had that kind of
dough; I
would surely be very popular indeed. They should get busy
scanning
everything they have in the pd. How to set it up: whenever
someone
pays for a scan, they should put it on the web. My fellow
Americans!
