can someone test this version of mudela-book.py?

Sorry for the delay,

I have been away.

I have just tried your revision of my patch to mudela-book to get round the
inadequacies of win95 shell.

It only works if you reverse the order of the ' and ". My tex (Miktex 1.20e)
doesn't seem to recognise commands in '  ' as tex instructions. (Why not?).


So the version I am using successfully reads:

                system(r'tex "\nonstopmode \input %s"' % e)
                system(r"dvips -E -o %s %s" % (e + '.eps', e))
