Thanks very much for all the improvements in 1.3.80, lilypond just
keeps getting better and better.
Concerning the 1.3.80 release of lilypond. I believe this has been
mentioned before, but sometimes the stems of notes on the middle staff
are not placed as nicely as they should be:
\clef bass; d4.( e8 fs4 )d
the stems attached to the d's pointup, while the middle notes
have stems pointing down. If I do:
\stemdown d4.( e8 fs4 )d
The stems are correct, but then the slur is moved from above the staff
to below the staff, which is not wrong, but also not lovely. To get
the desired effect then, I must do:
\stemdown \slurup d4.( e8 fs4 )d \stemboth \slurboth
not a big deal, but something that perhaps could be handled
automatically.
