* small doc updates.
* Cleanups related to barline handling:
- Removed Translator_group::get_simple_translator (), and -
- use properties to communicate about barlines and time sigs. (NOTE:
by default a time-signature of 4/4 is printed.)
- fix repeat bar behavior.
* cleaned up Directional_element_interface
* add name field to score-elements.
* comment in some unprotects for Music in parser. Should bring down
cpu time and plug some leaks.
* robustness fixes for etf2ly, tuplets, grace notes.
