Has anywone found the best way to write a piece with \segno and \coda and a "D.S al coda"? I want to place the \segno and \coda over the bar lines, and I want the DS to be right justified over the last bar. I've done a few attempts, but the don't look very good. I figured this should be a common thing to do, but couldn't find it among the examples in the lilypond distribution. Does anyone know a good example to look at? -- David K�gedal
