If you set the linewiths manually, it should be possible to do it now
if you specify the linewiths yourself:
\begin{mudela}
\score{
\context Staff blab bal
\paper{ linewith=xxx.\pt}
}
\end{mudela}
I'll add support for the package today or tomorrow.
