Non-subscribers are allowed to post to the gnu-music lists. As
such, it never really hurts to address replies to the individual who
posted, as well as to the list, on the chance that the original poster is
not subscribed.
My own tendency is to take individuals out of the recipient list
if I know that they are in fact subscribed to the mailing list. Not that I
worry too much about keeping track.
