I just downloaded .103 and from Documentation/user/out I did
mudela-book ../latex-mudela-example.latex
and that worked just fine. About your problem, I think deleting
out/344215420.*
should fix your problem. If this fixes your problem, can you
please try to find a way to reproduce this? This looks like a bug
I thought I fixed in one of my latest patches, but I'll have to
look at it again.
