LilyPond 1.3.119 chord names

A small change is needed to make american-chords.ly (the one supplied with
1.3.119) work properly.  The line

\property Chordnames.Chordname \override #'style = #'american

needs to be changed to

\property ChordNames.ChordName \override #'style = #'american

Note the uppercase N's in the changed line!
