After Mats' comment on \cadenzaOn I should now be able to get rid of the bar lines AND
numbers. On to my next problem with the 1.3 series over against 1.2: The \center
command present in 1.2 is still not in de doc of 1.3 and it doesn't seem to work. How
to do alignment in 1.3?
