I implemented support for single bar repeats once, it was
available in version 1.2.x and up to 1.3.21, see
input/test/repeatbar.fly. I have the ambition to reimplement it
using the \repeat syntax, adding also double bar repeats and
single note repeats, but can't promise when it will be done.
